Yeah, it's January in the great American Midwest! I got to work this morning and it was -7 degrees farenheit. My office is 5 degrees cooler than usual. The phones at work are not working. The picture is of a frozen Lake Michigan at Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood. The picture was taken earlier in the month by General Tom's Blog staff photographer and contributing editor, Lt. Daniel. Oddly enough, I'm sure that I'll see a red neck in shorts and a tee shirt - it's Terre Haute!
