Ed McMahon, best known as Johnny Carson's Tonight Show sidekick, died today in LA, he was 86. I was reading some of the tributes to McMahon. His life was filled with many many projects. WW II & Korea combat Marine, a fighter pilot. I guess that after going through that, anything would be relatively easy. The staff at General Tom's blog remembers Ed! Join us in raising a glass of Budweiser in honor of this national television icon.
