Proposed Fine For Unlocked Cars

This is amazing! Upper Morehead Township, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia, is considering a $25 fine for cars that are unlocked, in public areas. First "offense" gets you a warning. Further offenses will get you a $25 citation and fine. The purpose of this is to answer the stolen car problem where more than 75% of the stolen cars had unlocked doors.

How about this! Since 100% of stolen cars are stolen by CAR THIEVES, why not take the CAR THIEVES off the street! Cops, do your job! Throw the punks in jail!

The wannabes will get the message.
