Girosa is a prescription drug which is supposed to do for women what Viagra does for men. Also known as flibanserin, it has not yet been approved by the FDA. It probably will be...just one problem - it doesn't work! Actually more than one problem, in some cases, side effects include depression, fainting, fatigue and other problems.
General Tom's suggestion: No pills are necessary, try the old standby - a bottle of wine with the optional flowers.
