29 year old Richard Brandon Johnson was awaiting trial on charges of assaulting his girlfriend when the judge let him out of jail.
This was on Tuesday.
So, Wednesday, he's been out of jail for one day and he allegedly steals a Jeep and robs a bank.
Upper Yoder, Pennsylvania police arrested Johnson two hours after they say he robbed the First Commonwealth Bank in Bens Creek. He was also charged with stealing the Jeep, in which police say they found clothes that he wore during the robbery.
He's being held in lieu of $500,000 bond following his arraignment Wednesday.
The Tribune-Democrat of Johnstown reports that Johnson refused to answer questions from reporters but said "Hi, Mom" as police led him to court.
I'm amazed that there are people who are this dumb - walking among us. How did he ever make it to 29?
