It's Saturday night and in my search of a deserving story to include, here, on the blog, I am coming up empty.
It is times like this that I go to YouTube and listen to some old music from when I was a kid.
I found and old one from Billy & The Patios called Love Is A Story (...)
It was recorded on the Lite record label. Billy is Billy Gallant or Billy Galente from Brooklyn. The group also recorded as "Billy & The Roulettes"
The song was never a hit. When I heard it for the first time - a few minutes ago - I realized that it is a typical Doo Wop song of the late '50's, or in this case, 1961. It's not complicated stuff, but I like it. I thought I'd share it with you. Click here to listen.
