I got this at work, today. We were in a meeting and we were asked to take out a piece of paper and to answer the following questions. At this point, you should stop reading and get a piece of paper.

We were asked to write down our favorite color followed by 3 one word adjectives to describe why this color is our favorite.
Next we were asked to write down our favorite animal. Again we were asked to list three one word adjectives to explain why this animal is our favorite.
Finally, we were asked to imagine ourself in a cardboard box, on a very hot day, with someone duct taping the box so we could not escape. Again we were asked for three adjectives to describe our feelings.

What does all of this mean? Well the three words describing your favorite color is a description of how you perceive yourself.
The favorite animal description is how others see you.
Finally, the description of how you feel, being isolated in a box is a description of how you feel about death.
