Caroline Giuliani, daughter of former NYC mayor, Rudy Giuliani has been arrested for shoplifting. This happened at an upper-east side Manhattan cosmetics store. Caroline is a senior at Harvard, and has very little contact with her dad. You may remember, or maybe not, that she was a vocal Obama supporter - going against daddy's politics.
