The parent company of The National Enquirer, American Media, has announced it's intention of filing for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11. American Media publishes the Enguirer, STAR magazine a a few other publications.
This is a shame, I used to enjoy solving their crossword puzzles.
I don't think that this is so much of a reflection on the state of our economy. Instead, I think that it is because of the fact that Americans are fulfilling their need for DIRT, right here, on the Internet!
