Early Monday morning, Lincoln, Nebraska police say they spotted a vehicle accelerating quickly and swerving across the center line - multiple times. They stopped the vehicle and discovered 19 year old Matthew Nieveen who was allegedly smashed! He was returning from a Halloween party where he was dressed as a breathalyzer. Charges include driving under the influence and being a minor in possession of alcohol -- as well as violations for negligent driving and an open container.
