College football continues this week and the nation turns it's eyes toward the critical match up between the University of Illinois and Northwestern. What?
Yup, they are playing the game at the famous Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs since 1492. One problem...The field is not big enough for a football game! This is not the first football game to be played at Wrigley. The place has not grown or shrunk in size...but there is a problem! The teams and the Big 10 have agreed that the east end zone, which ends within a few inches of the right field wall, is too dangerous. The put padding on the wall, but it's still too dangerous. The solution is to have the offense play toward the west end zone....on every possession. This could work unless a pass is intercepted or unless there is a fumble recovery.
