Jersey's Highway Santa

This has been going on for three years. This morning, a Christmas ornament was spotted hanging from a large pine tree along New Jersey's Garden State Parkway. Since 2007, somebody has been decorating this tree at the 58.2 mile marker, outside the town of Little Egg Harbor. In the past, more and more ornaments were added until Christmas. Nobody knows who is doing this. The turnpike people are shrugging their shoulders, same with local law enforcement.

This sounds like a Hallmark Channel Movie, but it's really happening.
