Meanwhile, a subplot thickens. A guy names Leicester Bryce Stovell claims to be the biological father of LeBron. He says that when he was 29, he met a young lady at a drinking establishment. He was 29 and didn't know that Gloria James was only 15! The two hit it off and found themselves doing the horizontal mambo. 9 months later, we meet LeBron!
Stovell is suing the James' for $4 million He claims fraud, misrepresentation and defamation following a failed paternity test. He says it was tampered.
Here's the ironic part, Stovell is a Princeton graduate, has a law degree from the University of Chicago and was a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
There has been speculation that two other guys may be LeBron's father. One is deceased, the other has been in and out of jail for years.
I may be wrong, but I believe that this could only happen in America! This is one that should be laughed out of court!
